About The Position

Job Title : Hospice Clinical Director

Experience : Minimum of 4 years of Hospice RN experience and several years of Director experience

License : RN License required

Certifications : BLS required; seasonal flu vaccine required

Must-Have :

Experience in home-based hospice care

Ability to alternate on-call 1 to 2 times per week

Familiarity with Netsmart for charting

Description :

Looking for an experienced Hospice Clinical Director.

Current census is 43 patients.

On-call responsibilities include alternating between once and twice a week.

When on-call, additional costs will apply for visits resulting from being on-call.

Staff receive a stipend for mileage reimbursement every two weeks.

Housing options should be readily available in the area.

Interviews are typically conducted over the phone with the Director and Operations contact.
