Contract Coordinator

The Contract Coordinator oversees material transfer agreements (MTAs) and intellectual property contracts related to the exchange of research materials and intellectual property with both industry and non-profit research institutions.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

• Perform intake procedures for all assigned contracts.
• Review all relevant background information, including ownership rights, research plans, third-party materials, funding sources, and human specimen permissions.

Grade : G11

Salary Range : $53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
