Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Coordinator to join our Music Festival Division. This role is responsible for managing vendor relations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operations for food, beverage, and merchandise vendors at music festivals across the country. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to ensure festival success.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $17.50 to $21.00.

Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Coordination

• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors before, during, and after festivals.
• Coordinate vendor selection, applications, contracts, and compliance with festival requirements.
• Ensure vendors meet licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist vendors with site placement, power, water, and other logistical needs.
