Job Responsibility :

The Division of Finance is responsible for the chartering, licensing, and oversight of financial institutions in the State of Missouri. This position provides internal information technology and cybersecurity support to the Division.

Responsibilities :

• Process new and current employee technology equipment acquisitions and machine imaging.
• Assist with IT troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Assist with various aspects of the employee onboarding and offboarding processes as it relates to IT and software programs and systems.
• Track inventory across the Division.
• Install and maintain various software and office equipment.
• Facilitate communications and collaboration between the Division and statewide ITSD personnel.
• Stay abreast of information technology and cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Occasional travel required.
• Perform other related work as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualifications :

A bachelor's degree in information technology, or a closely related field, from an accredited college or university or at least two years of relevant professional experience in IT hardware and software support.
