Position Description

Constellation Service Company, headquartered in Topeka, KS, is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to help drive decision-making across our organization through meaningful data reporting and analysis. You'll work closely with subject matter experts to create custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys solving business problems with data.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI
• Write and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views to support reporting needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine KPIs and performance metrics
• Serve as an internal data consultant, helping teams interpret and use data effectively
• Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports
• Assist with ERP system administration, particularly related to reporting and data access
