What You’ll Tackle

• Own compliance to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, ensuring process conformity and first-time-right execution.
• Create, maintain, and improve PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Process Flow documentation.
• Develop and validate inspection and test procedures; verify effectiveness on the shop floor.
• Lead containment for nonconforming product; deploy corrective and preventive actions with embedded lessons learned.
• Run process / product audits and capability reviews to confirm stability and performance.
• Author clear reports and KPIs; translate data into decisive actions.
• Support policy development and provide training to elevate quality maturity across teams.

Expect a hands-on environment with occasional urgent needs. Flex to support critical plant issues approximately 1–2 times per month, which may not always require being on site.
