Responsibilities
- Complete virtual audits and occasional in-store audits as defined by client
- Approximately 2-3 days per month visiting local market stores
- Expected 90% dedicated to remote portal audits
- Store visits may alter per client request
- Actively review all big box retailers every 3 to 4 weeks
- Audit, comment and rate planogram integrity images with retailer systems
- Audit merchandise program resets for accuracy and review inventory levels
- Meet in-person with stores and client leaders as requested
- Receive and respond to customer inquiriesAttend weekly client calls when directed by leadership
- Complete weekly and monthly customer reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Travel may be required which may include overnight staysA minimum of 1 year customer service experience requiredStrong attention to detailMust be Microsoft Office Suite proficientProvide excellent customer service to customersExcellent communication, written and technical skills requiredHS diploma or equivalent requiredExcellent typing and communication skills using email and web navigation.Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionBenefits
