Overview
Maintenance Supervisor (Nights) (1941) – Perricone Farms
Location : Beaumont, CA. Schedule : Hybrid, 2nd & 3rd Shift; Monday – Saturday @ 5 : 00 PM to 1 : 00 AM, possible weekend work if needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across all production shifts.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Support and mentor maintenance technicians, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
- Assist in managing spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and services.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and participate in root cause analysis for equipment issues.
- Support compliance with OSHA, FDA, and internal safety and sanitation standards.
- Participate in facility improvement projects and equipment installations as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field preferred.3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, with 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems; food / beverage industry experience is a plus.Proficiency in using CMMS platforms and managing work orders.Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and regulatory standards.Effective communication and leadership skills.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Physical Demands
