Senior Patient Care Nurse

Job Opportunity :

Key Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Lead and direct assigned personnel in delivering patient care, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Administer and perform specialized nursing care according to unit-specific guidelines and treatment orders.

Requirements :

Minimum of two years of nursing practice, including sufficient clinical and leadership experience to ensure competence.

Emergency Department or ICU training required.

Knowledgeable of TJC standards and current Louisiana RN License.

Current BLS / ACLS De-Escalation Certification and National Certification in Clinical Specialty preferred.

Work Schedule and Benefits :
