The Project Manager / Estimator's responsibilities include :

• Manage all phases of commercial tenant improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to maintain timelines and quality standards.
• Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for all project activities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business opportunities.
