Hours : 11 : 30am-9pm Monday-Thursday, 1pm-5pm Friday

The 2nd Shift Lead – Wire Cutting and Assembly plays a key role in both hands-on production and team leadership. This position is responsible for cutting and assembling wire harnesses to exact specifications, while also guiding and supporting second shift team members to meet production, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is skilled with wire harness tools and equipment, understands technical schematics, and leads by example t
