A company is looking for a Lead Homecare Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to prospective client inquiries and guide them through the service process
Track activity and complete intake to assessment conversations
Schedule in-person assessments with care managers to initiate client care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Previous experience in an intake or inside sales role, preferably in healthcare
Ability to actively listen and ask relevant follow-up questions
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Experience in handling a high volume of phone calls and other communications
Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 pounds
