• IT Security Designation : None
• Investigation Required : Tier 1 (T1)
• IA Technical / Management Designation : Not Required
• Experience in this Discipline : Five (5) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency. Experience working with distance learning tools and presenting in a remote-work environment
• Minimum Education : MS in Nursing with certificate of Informatics
• Minimum / General Experience : Five (5) years of HIT system analysis and / or programming experience, including three (3) years of quality assurance experience. Functional Description : Provides expert services and leadership in specialized health / medical areas. Provides expertise on an as-needed basis to all assigned tasks. Provides expert advice and assistance in state-of-the-art health related hardware, software, and telecommunications. Coordinates with management and technical personnel to ensure that problems are properly defined and that the solution developed will satisfy the customer's requirements.
