Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school located in Youngstown, FL. This contract role spans the current school year (CSY), offering an opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to pediatric students.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across K-12 grade levels.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) required.
  • Experience working as an SLP in healthcare or pediatric settings preferred.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology services and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
