Warehouse & Procurement Manager Role Overview

Department : Operations (Warehouse / Cross-Department)

Reports To : Department Manager

Status : Internal Reference for Clarity

Role Purpose

To ensure all materials, equipment, and warehouse operations run smoothly today while building the systems that will scale Next Levels warehouse for the future. This role balances hands-on execution with leadership in procurement, inventory, and process design keeping crews productive and the company prepared for growth.

• On-Time Material Flow Every job is staged with complete and accurate materials / equipment so crews start work without delays.
• Organized & Scalable Warehouse The warehouse is clean, safe, efficient, and supported by systems that serve both restoration and remodel operations.
• Proactive Procurement & Inventory Place and manage orders with vendors. Responsible for deliveries, stocking and proactively managing to maintain readiness without overbuying.

Key Responsibilities

Role Boundaries

Owns : Warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, procurement coordination, staging for jobs.

Supports : Production Managers, Estimators, Project Coordinators, and field crews with timely materials and equipment.

Does Not Own : Jobsite supervision, estimating, client communication, or financial strategy.
