Warehouse & Procurement Manager Role Overview
Department : Operations (Warehouse / Cross-Department)
Reports To : Department Manager
Status : Internal Reference for Clarity
Role Purpose
To ensure all materials, equipment, and warehouse operations run smoothly today while building the systems that will scale Next Levels warehouse for the future. This role balances hands-on execution with leadership in procurement, inventory, and process design keeping crews productive and the company prepared for growth.

- On-Time Material Flow Every job is staged with complete and accurate materials / equipment so crews start work without delays.
- Organized & Scalable Warehouse The warehouse is clean, safe, efficient, and supported by systems that serve both restoration and remodel operations.
- Proactive Procurement & Inventory Place and manage orders with vendors. Responsible for deliveries, stocking and proactively managing to maintain readiness without overbuying.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, check, and organize all incoming materials and equipment.Procurement and ordering of project specific materialsStage materials and equipment for jobs according to estimates and scopes.Maintain accurate inventory levels; set and monitor reorder points.Operate forklift and manage warehouse equipment safely.Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.Develop and implement warehouse systems for tracking, stocking, and staging.Coordinate vendor relationships, order fulfillment, and delivery schedules.Lead setup and organization of the new warehouse, creating systems that work for both restoration and remodel.Role Boundaries
Owns : Warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, procurement coordination, staging for jobs.
Supports : Production Managers, Estimators, Project Coordinators, and field crews with timely materials and equipment.
Does Not Own : Jobsite supervision, estimating, client communication, or financial strategy.
