Position Purpose
RLI is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) of IT Solutions Delivery to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise systems that enable our core insurance operations. Reporting to the Vice President of IT, this role serves as a senior technology leader responsible for overseeing solutions delivery across multiple domains and driving modernization efforts that align with business priorities. The AVP will play a critical role in shaping technology strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable business value.

Compensation Overview
The base salary range for the position is listed below. The base salary is only one component of our total rewards package at RLI. The salary offered will reflect factors including geographic location, experience, scope & responsibilities, qualifications / credentials, talent availability & specialization, and business needs. The below range may be modified in the future.
Base Pay Range
$164,552.00 - $244,360.00
