Senior Growth Analyst
Position Overview : The Senior Growth Analyst will be responsible for supporting strategic growth and development initiatives at Halvik. This role will work directly for the Chief Growth Officer, and serve as a "deputy" across multiple growth functions within the company. This will include working with the business development team (who identifies business opportunities and manages key relationships), working with the proposal manager (who is overseeing proposal and bid activities), and ensuring successful execution of strategic bids. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in federal contracting and traditional BD / capture activities, a strong background in personnel and project management, and exceptional leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement mid and long-term growth strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
Work with the current proposal manager and solutions architects to assist with the proposal and bid process for federal contracts, ensuring competitive and compliant submissions.
Oversee the management of the company's business development pipeline and CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions effectively. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data to support strategic decision-making.
Plan, organize, and facilitate quarterly leadership meetings for C-suite and executive audiences.
Ensure Halvik's access to relevant contract vehicles, leading the company's approach to identify and pursue GWAC opportunities, including partnerships and alliances.
Allocate resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate development, business development, or a related role, with a focus on federal contracting and IT services.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term growth strategies.
