Overview

Performs diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office / department.

Responsibilities

• Performs diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to : typing various correspondence, reports, articles; answering telephones, taking messages, scheduling appointments / meetings; maintaining department / office files, record keeping, clinician record filing; taking meeting minutes; keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department / office.
• Data analysis and manipulation, generating and maintaining high value data reports.
• Navigate, manage and design social media campaigns.
• Preparing and delivering presentations to leadership groups.
• Manage daily and event schedules for the department.
