Job Title :

  • Follow-Up Agent for Roofing Company Location :  Reliable Roofing Employment Type : Full-Time / Part-Time Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Follow-Up Agent to join our growing roofing company.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers who have previously received an estimate but have not yet moved forward with our services.
  • Your primary goal will be to follow up with these leads, send proposals, and negotiate terms in order to secure their business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Contact potential customers via phone to follow up on previous roofing estimates.
  • Review customer details and tailor proposals to address their specific needs.
  • Use excellent negotiation skills to encourage customers to move forward with the services.
  • Handle objections professionally and offer solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Send updated or revised proposals based on customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from proposal to job scheduling.
  • Meet daily / weekly goals for follow-up calls and successful conversions.

    • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a follow-up role, preferably in the home improvement or roofing industry.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor proposals to customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems or similar software for tracking leads and proposals.
  • Knowledge of roofing services and products is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
