The Kustom US Inc. Phoenix location is seeking a Reconstruction Project Director. The Reconstruction Project Director is tasked with leading reconstruction projects from inception to successful completion, in line with Kustom's Operational Excellence Team's standards. The role includes comprehensive oversight of project budgeting, scheduling, and execution, supported by a Project Accountant, Project Managers, internal trades, and in collaboration with estimators and subcontractors.

Location : Office is now located in Gilbert, AZ 85233

Salary Range :   $70,000 - $90,000 + Commissions

Role Responsibilities :

• Initial Assessment & Communication :

Receive and review job assignments, determining project requirements.

Perform material takeoffs, initiate engineering / drafting tasks, and secure permits.

Create and manage budgets in DASH.

Conduct site visits for quality control.
