Overview

High Mountain Drywall is hiring a Construction Estimator. This is a part-time or full-time at-home role. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing estimates (residential & commercial), performing quantity take-offs, managing costs and budgeting for various projects. Effective communication with clients and team members is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare estimates for residential and commercial projects.
  • Perform quantity take-offs from construction plans and drawings.
  • Manage costs and budgeting for various projects.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members to support project success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction estimating and performing quantity take-offs.
  • Ability to accurately read construction plans / blueprints.
  • Skills in cost management and budgeting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
