Senior Media Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Media Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain a complex media tech stack across supported platforms

Design and build hardware abstraction layers and cross-platform media APIs

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

Expert in C++ with experience in memory, threading, and performance profiling

Deep knowledge of media domains, including containers / codecs, streaming, and major platform media SDKs

Experience in designing extensible and maintainable systems while reducing technical debt

Ability to produce strategy and technical design documents

Experience with C# interoperability and leading media pipeline projects
