Customer Success - Build Your Own Role

Our mission is to increase the efficiency of the global supply chain by automating the manual workflows that slow logistics teams down from scheduling and appointment setting to data entry and load management. Our flagship platform provides end-to-end visibility, control, and optimization, while our newest product, CoPallet, introduces AI Agents that can understand and execute requests in real time, and integrate directly with customer systems.

  • Communicate clearly and proactively both internally and externally
  • Can confidently articulate where they'd drive value within our mission

What You Might Work On

Depending on your background and interests, you could help lead or contribute to :

  • Building and scaling our onboarding and implementation workflows
  • Creating proactive playbooks to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into action
  • Driving upsell / expansion opportunities and managing strategic accounts
  • Launching new CS tooling or automation that improves efficiency

    Location : Open to remote or in person in San Francisco office 3-4x a week.
