Combo Operators (E-Line / Slickline)

E-Line / Slickline Operator

General Description

Rigging equipment.

Walking up and down stairs and climbing ladders.

Picking up hoses and checking out equipment.

Assisting crew with operations with equipment, including pulling, pushing, and carrying of tools.

Ensure operation runs smoothly with open communications between Supervisors and Managers.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities :

Rigging up equipment.

Inspecting equipment.

Assist Pump Operator

Responsible for the safety of the crew, (crew is required to always wear PPE)

Operating equipment

Communicate with Supervisors making sure the job is carried out as per regulations

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License or State-issued I.D.

Good Driving Record.

Must Satisfy Homeland Security Requirements Regarding Background Checks.

Must Comply with Drug & Alcohol Testing Requirements / Policy

Working Conditions

Exposure to the following : chemicals, cold, dampness, fumes / gases, heat / humidity, heights, and noise.

Training

Must Complete Safety Training (Including Water Survival).

Experience :

Minimum one (1) year experience operating of e-line unit and proficiency in basic operations of perforating, jet cutting, and running & setting plugs.

Skills :

Fluent in both verbal and written English.

Physical Requirements :

Medium work- Lifting of 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and / or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Must have good depth perception and peripheral vision, and average hearing.

Must be able to stand for long periods with occasional sitting.

Must be able to drive on occasion.

Position requires repetitive grasping, fine manipulation, pushing / pulling, finger dexterity, and foot movement.

Position requires frequent bending, squatting, climbing, twisting, and reaching.
