Senior Manager, Enterprise Productivity
Ocean Spray is hiring for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Productivity! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays & Fridays remote. The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Productivity is responsible for partnering with Ocean Spray's senior leaders to identify and execute transformative initiatives across the COGS and SG&A areas of the P&L. This role, reporting to the VP of Procurement, offers high visibility and the chance to build strong relationships with senior leaders while influencing key business decisions.
A Day in the Life...
- Support Ocean Spray's cost productivity transformation strategy through identification / ideation, assessment, and execution of complex savings initiatives.
- Gather relevant data across a multitude of different systems to generate KPIs or other key metrics that highlight a potential sizeable opportunity within cost areas.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing business cases and project plans, balancing speed of execution with risk mitigation; present to senior leadership and achieve buy-in.
- Partner with senior business leaders, along with Finance, to track & monitor execution plans via project portfolio software, and ensure expected savings are being recognized on the P&L.
- Utilize benchmarking resources where applicable to ensure Ocean Spray has line of sight to what is being demonstrated in businesses outside of Ocean Spray.
- Demonstrate leadership courage : challenge cross-functional leaders to think differently, be willing to encourage healthy debate and surface alternate perspective where necessary to drive the right result.
- Ask the right questions to guide data analytics and provide actionable insights, conclusions, and recommendations, translating analysis into action points for the team.
- Demonstrate an action bias, mobilizing teams from analysis to pilots to scale without hesitation.
- Ensure the work is focused, sustainable, and able to deliver measured results.
What We Are Looking For :
Required
5+ years of total experience with some level of experience in the Operations, Finance, Consulting and / or Project Management fields, with prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry a plusProven track record as a credible influencer within the organization and able to collaborate, build trust and maintain relationships at all levels of the organizationHighly analytical and superior problem-solving skills, with attention to detailSelf-starter, highly motivated, proactive, and independentExecutive presence and strong presentation and Microsoft Excel modeling skillsStrategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworksStrong ability to communicate and create routines & processes leading to orderly and efficient use of resources.Education : Bachelor's or University Degree (Required) Master's Degree (Preferred)
