Overview : \n\nWithin the role of the Registered Nurse (RN), there is a focus on delivering excellent patient care and securing positive patient results by employing nursing expertise in a caring and effective manner. With supervision, this position enhances professional nursing standards by orchestrating patient care through the nursing process and teamwork across disciplines.\n\nResponsibilities : \n
- Analyzes patient needs and medical situations in the designated unit to provide targeted nursing care that addresses each patient's specific concerns.\n
- Reviews patient records, including medical history, test outcomes, and existing health status, to devise customized nursing care plans.\n
- Executes nursing processes, such as medication dispensation and interventions, to furnish comprehensive and appropriate patient support.\n
- Assessing patient responses to interventions and identifying any extra interventions needed to achieve defined care objectives. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure efficient care planning.\n
