ServiceNow ITIL Architect

A company is looking for a ServiceNow CMDB / Discovery - Architect : ITIL Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on expertise with integration and data ingestion systems, and implement process / data flow orchestration

Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to implement best practices, processes, standards, and policies

Support and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB processes to align with organizational objectives

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience supporting CMDB, ITIL / ITSM, and Discovery processes

Proven collaboration skills with stakeholders to capture and translate ITSM requirements

Extensive ServiceNow development experience, including JavaScript scripting

7+ years of relevant work experience in IT service management and process improvement

Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, SLAs, Discovery, and Performance Analytics
