This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $78,000.

Job Details :

• $0.72-$0.76 per mile
• Stop pay : $6 per stop
• Additional stop pay : $10-$20
• Drop and hook pay : $12 per event
• Breakdown pay : $20 per hour
• Local and no touch off account work pay : $225 per day
• Regional and all touch off account work pay : $300 per day
• Intermodal off account work pay : $225-$350 per day
• Safety training pay : $20 per hour
• Daily attendance bonus pay : $100 per week
• Trainee pay : $200 per day
• Holiday pay : $200 per day
• Daily home time
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
