MatchBukh Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a fast-growing, referral-based specialty medical practice . We are seeking an Interventional Pain Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven clinical team serving patients with chronic pain, accident-related injuries, and spine conditions across Northern California.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician with fellowship training in pain medicine, anesthesiology, or neurology who is seeking a long-term career move with a direct track to partnership and significant income potential.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain, spine conditions, and accident-related injuries.
• Perform interventional pain procedures, including Epidurals, RFAs, PRP, and Stem Cell Therapy .
• Conduct patient consultations and follow-ups (30 min new, 15 min follow-up).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of MDs, NP, PA, and MAs.
• Rotate across multiple Northern California locations (Oakland, Walnut Creek, Vallejo, Modesto, Pleasanton).
• Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care with compassion and integrity.

Compensation & Benefits :

💰 Base salary starting up to $350,000 with 2-year track to partnership (no buy-in)

💡 Revenue : Make over $500K+
