Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care. Support, mentor, and develop staff to promote professional growth and teamwork. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification REQUIRED Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in surgical services within an acute care setting REQUIRED Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) REQUIRED
