We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trusts & Estates Partner to join our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about providing exceptional legal advice and services to our high net worth clientele. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of trusts and estates matters, including wills, power of attorney, succession, beneficiary designations, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in trusts and estates law, with a focus on providing personalized, strategic advice to clients. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled legal professionals.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on matters related to trusts and estates, including wills, power of attorney, succession, beneficiary designations, and assets.
• Develop and implement effective estate plans that meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
• Manage all aspects of trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings, trust accounting, and tax filings.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to client service.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in trusts and estates law and use this knowledge to enhance our services and client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss their estate planning needs and goals, and provide them with tailored, strategic advice.
• Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, with precision and attention to detail.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking functions.
