We're expanding and looking for a dynamic Manager, Group Products - Fiber Connectivity to lead our global product strategy. In this high-impact role, you'll own the P&L, drive revenue growth, and guide a talented team of product managers to deliver innovative fiber cable assembly solutions. What You Will Do

• Drive Global Strategy : Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with key markets, regions, and customer segments.
• Own the Product Lifecycle : Oversee all stages across multiple product lines, from concept to sunset.
• Maximize Financial Impact : Set competitive pricing, manage margins, and identify cost-saving opportunities to hit financial targets.
• Inspire and Lead : Empower, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team.
• Champion Customer Needs : Translate customer insights into valuable, market-ready solutions using strong Voice of Customer (VOC) practices.
• Stay Ahead of the Competition : Lead competitive analysis to sharpen value propositions, size markets, and refine pricing.
• Own the P&L : Monitor and report on portfolio performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.

What We Can Offer You

Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $165,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
