A company is looking for a Payroll Accounting Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll accounting functions and ensure accurate integration and reconciliation of payroll data into the Oracle Fusion General Ledger
Manage the preparation of payroll journal entries and lead reconciliation efforts between Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and GL
Collaborate with various teams to optimize data flows and maintain compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
4-6 years of experience in payroll accounting or ERP financial systems
2-4 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM & ERP)
2-4 years of people leader experience
Experience with payroll-to-GL integrations and costing within Oracle HCM
