We're looking for a hands-on, goal-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations and grow our customer base through strong sales, memberships, and service excellence.
As a Store Manager, you'll oversee everything from sales performance and staff development to site safety and cleanliness, ensuring every guest leaves with a 5-star experience.
Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to) :
- Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Drive membership sales increase site traffic , and boost revenue through smart local engagement.
- Ensure site safety, equipment reliability, and a spotless, professional appearance.
- Perform and coordinate minor maintenance and light repairs to keep equipment running smoothly.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and operational procedures.
- Review performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build a positive, accountable culture where employees thrive.
Qualifications :
2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail, service, or automotive preferred).Proven success in sales leadership and customer service excellenceStrong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.A proactive, safety-minded, and team-focused leader.Benefits :
