Responsibilities
- Managed and maintained the comprehensive gauge calibration system to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance.
- Developed and programmed Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) routines using PC-DMIS to efficiently verify part quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Generated and maintained accurate technical documentation, including quality, reliability, and process procedures, aligning with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Prepared and submitted on-time customer PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) packages, ensuring product launch readiness and customer acceptance.
- Developed and implemented quality programs, including Control Plans, In-Process Inspection Records, tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Conducted full 8-D corrective action investigations, issued Non-Conformance
- Prepared and presented key performance indicator (KPI) reports, including PPM (Parts Per Million), Cost of Quality, and NCR metrics, for management review.
Core Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in a Quality Department within a high-volume manufacturing environment (or equivalent CQE certification).Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with formal quality management systems, specifically ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.Mandatory proficiency in PC-DMIS for Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programming and operation.Proven background in statistical analysis, problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8-D), and advanced quality planning (e.g., PPAP, Control Plans).
