The Pressure Washing Technician plays a key role in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services for commercial properties. Working evening shifts from 5 : 00 PM to 2 : 00 AM, this role involves operating pressure washing equipment, driving company vehicles to job sites, and ensuring every project meets client standards. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments. What You'll Do

• Load tools, equipment, and cleaning agents based on your daily work order.
• Drive to job sites in a 25' flatbed or truck / trailer combo (CDL a plus, but not required).
• Assess the site and communicate your action plan to the team and client.
• Pressure wash, scrub, sweep, and restore surfaces to perfection.
• Review the finished job and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete all paperwork and reports before heading back.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues.
• Collaborate with customers, crews, office staff, and mechanics.
• Help out with snow removal when neededbecause we're a team year-round.
