We are looking for someone who has a passion to plan and create well-executed grant proposals and coordinate support materials for North Bay Children’s Center’s (NBCC) fundraising goals. You will also be a vital part of support in the stewardship of individual and institutional relationships, donor management, and supporting annual and capital campaign activities.

YOU ARE ORGANIZED, RESEARCH ORIENTED, AND HAVE STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL. You investigate and research in-depth for possible funders and supporters for fundraising efforts. You ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and catch any mistakes when writing proposals.
YOU ARE SELF-DRIVEN AND A COLLABORATIVE TEAM PLAYER. You are eager to find new ideas and ways to continuously improve processes on how to help others. You work well with others and can work collaboratively across functional and organizational boundaries.
YOU ARE OPEN-MINDED AND RECEPTIVE TO FEEDBACK. You are always willing to take on new challenges head-on and open to receiving constructive feedback and learning new ways of doing something to build upon your knowledge and skillset to have a deeper impact on daily work.

COMPENSATION & WORK HOURS
Compensation : $52,000 - $57,000 annually based on experience and skill set
Work Hours : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 am – 5 : 30 pm
This is an “In-Person” position at our Novato Administration Office. Do not apply if you prefer “Remote” work.
