Job Description

Compensation Range : $65,000-85,000 / year based on experience. Additional performance-based incentives are also available.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead and motivate store team members, including training, scheduling, and driving productivity
  • Manage inventory, including control, ordering, receiving, and loss prevention
  • Assist in meeting sales targets and executing promotional strategies
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally
  • Support cash management and accurate financial reporting
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop management skills
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Use data and insights to implement strategies that boost sales and enhance guest experience
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards
  • Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of retail or related industry experience; supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Experience with inventory management and loss prevention
  • Cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
