A part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Driver

Are you interested in a career focused on making a difference in someone's life? In this role, you would provide transportation in our company van to children / youth receiving clinical services from their homes to our center in Parma Heights. This role will require sensitivity, patience, flexibility, and understanding the needs of children / youth with special needs, including the use of specialized equipment during transport. After school / weekend hours (approximately 12-18 hours per week).

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent required Six months of human services experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age Educated / trained in mental health competencies
• Valid driver's license in good standing and car registration / auto insurance (if driving for company)
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
• Commitment to the company's mission and values
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
