Project Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Coordinator to assist with a process documentation and improvement initiative. This role will be instrumental in supporting the implementation and configuration of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with a strong preference for experience using Prism. The ideal candidate will bring advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen interest in process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of process improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation and setup of ATS software (ideally Prism), including user configuration, data migration, and system testing.
• Document current workflows by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Provide administrative and logistical support including scheduling meetings, preparing status reports, and managing documentation.
• Analyze and report on data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to appropriate team members as needed.
