At Inno Supps, we're redefining health and wellness with science-backed supplements and a seamless digital experience. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a business-minded In-House Counsel to provide strategic legal support across the company.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in claims and substantiation, consumer product regulation, and litigation management — especially in the supplement, wellness, or eCommerce space.

What You’ll Do

• Review and advise on marketing claims to ensure FTC / FDA compliance
• Guide internal teams on substantiation, advertising law, and product labeling
• Manage consumer complaints, litigation, and class actions with outside counsel
• Draft and negotiate contracts across marketing, retail, supply chain, and employment
• Monitor regulatory trends and update internal policies accordingly
• Collaborate with teams like Marketing, Product, and Operations to reduce risk and stay compliant
