Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Technical Sales Representative to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a leading company where you will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territory and segment.
• Conduct detailed technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our cutting-edge products and their benefits.
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and offer suitable solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the territory / market potential, track sales, and create reports.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical sales role within the Manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on petroleum.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple and understandable manner.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build productive professional business relationships.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in conducting market research and understanding industry trends.
