Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound collection calls and manage emails in a shared group inbox
Negotiate payment and resolve delinquent account balances while educating customers on terms and payment methods
Utilize multiple systems for decision-making in collections and perform skip tracing on required accounts
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a related field
At least one year of transportation industry customer support experience
Basic accounting knowledge and skip tracing skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
