Quality Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Quality Engineer in Clanton, AL to join our team and play a key role in ensuring product excellence and reliability. This position is essential to refining production methods, supporting supplier quality, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute quality assurance activities to ensure product reliability and compliance.
• Manage all phases of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
• Prepare and submit PPAP documentation in line with AIAG guidelines
• Develop and procure gauges for specific programs.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve components and resolve manufacturing issues (travel may be required).
• Participate in Simultaneous Development Teams (SDTs) and internal audits.
• Train production and quality personnel on program-specific requirements.
• Support prototype fabrication and delivery during product introduction.
