We're Hiring!

We are seeking a County Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position provides direct services to victims including crisis counseling, advocacy, and support by delivering service that is culturally competent, strength-based, and client directed with a special emphasis and focus on the assigned county of service. In addition to direct services to victims, the County Coordinator will provide prevention education, community outreach, professional trainings, and lead multidisciplinary team collaboration efforts focused on the issue of sexual violence in their assigned county. This position will be scheduled 4 days per week in Door County and 1 day per week at our Green Bay office.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer crisis lines and provide crisis and support counseling, as well as information and referral services.
• Provide advocacy and emotional support to victims and their families, both on the crisis line and face-to-face as requested by the client.
• Participate in community collaborative meetings (including the assigned County's Coordinated Community Response (CCR) team meetings).
• Provide training on sexual violence to new community partners such as law enforcement, Probation & Parole, Department of Health and Human Services staff, educators, etc.
• Provide training of new staff and interns, as needed.
