Key Responsibilities
Drive new business sales and maintain relationships with brokers and consultants
Manage the sales process for group insurance products, including Life, Accident, Disability, and Absence Management
Meet or exceed annual business plans by achieving new business premium and case count targets
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High energy and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization
In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and products
Acceptable driving record
Experience in developing relationships with brokers and driving sales opportunities
