• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of accounting practices.
• Provide support for FEMA-related financial projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
• Assist in resolving payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Offer recommendations to improve efficiency in accounting processes.
• Support audit and reconciliation activities as required.
• Proven experience in accounts payable management and account analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
