Practice Setting : Inpatient and Outpatient
Pay rate : Call : $300 / hr, OT, Weekend Call, and Call back
Schedule :
- The facility is looking for a provider that is available for 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Open to M-F rotating weekend coverage model as well
- M-F 8 Hours Days
- 1 : 5 weekend rotation
