Manager, Talent Acquisition
As TA Manager, you will lead a team of internal recruiters, driving the adoption of scalable processes and productivity improvements to support the company's rapid growth. You will be responsible for creating a high-performing recruitment function that delivers excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences, while achieving measurable hiring outcomes. Additionally, you will focus on expanding talent pools, increasing outreach, and optimizing screening processes to meet recruitment goals. If managing a team of fewer than six recruiters, you will also carry a 50% req load individually.
Key responsibilities include :
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of in-house recruiters across different regions and functions
- Reinforce and drive adoption of scalable recruitment processes and workflows across the team
- Increase recruiter productivity and operational efficiency using data-driven analysis and continuous improvement methods
- Expand talent pools by developing innovative sourcing strategies and outreach efforts
- Optimize the number of candidate screens per week and reverse-engineer the process using data to set activity benchmarks for each position
- Drive adoption of tools, templates, and systems that support efficient and high-quality hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to improve requisition intake, workforce planning, and hiring execution
- Create and monitor recruitment performance metrics and dashboards (e.g. time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline conversion rates)
- Champion candidate experience
- Ensure compliance by updating data consistently and following established processes
- Optimize the use of recruitment technology
Milestone expectations :
30 Days : Complete an audit of current recruitment operations and team performance. Present findings and quick-win recommendations.60 Days : Implement agreed quick-win recommendations. Implement priority process improvements. Ensure the focus remains on building and improving talent pools.90 Days : Standardize the hiring manager intake and feedback process across departments. Improve requisition forecasting accuracy. Be able to demonstrate an improvement in the adoption and use of talent pool processes6 Months : Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining or improving hiring quality. Continue to maintain focus on talent pools.12 Months : Scale the function to support more reqs without diminishing candidate or stakeholder experience. Demonstrate measurable improvements in outreach and candidate screening volume. Continue to be the standard bearer for new TA processes and initiatives.Ideal candidate :

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint's differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD) : $110,400 - $157,700 - $205,000. Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
