Sr. Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will help teams and leaders make strategic decisions utilizing internal and external data. This individual will be assigned to one of the following areas :

• Brand Analytics – supports Marketing, PR, Creative, and Menu to serve our customers
• Store Analytics – supports Operations and Finance to serve our franchise partners
• Business Analytics – supports Growth, Legal, People, and Supply Chain to serve HQ

This individual serves as a consultant to their functional departments, understanding their key business problems and using data to accomplish their OKRs and improve business performance.

This is a growing department, and the position will also support team initiatives to drive a data-informed company culture and mindset.
